30 days. Archive emails stay in your Gmail account.
After 30 days, archived emails will automatically get deleted.

HOW TO ARCHIVE A MAIL IN GMAIL

Follow the below-mentioned steps to archive an Email in Gmail:

Step 1: Open Browser And Go To Gmail

Open any browser on your laptop and go to Gmail and log in to your Gmail account.

Step 2: Click On "Downwards Arrow"

On the Gmail inbox page select a mail that you want to archive and then you will see an option of "Inwards arrow" on the top of the mail click on this arrow button as shown below image.

Step 3: Click On "Undo", If You Want To Unarchive Email

Once you archive an Email and you don’t want to archive that mail but by mistake, you archive a wrong mail then need not to worry. You will have a pop-up message containing "Conversation archived". Parallel to this, you have an "Undo" option, just click on that option to undo/cancel the action which you performed to archive an Email, else just ignore this, in case you archive the right Email and You are done with the Conversation Archived.

HOW TO FIND THE ARCHIVED EMAIL ON GMAIL

Find archived Emails on Gmail is a simple process, just see the steps that are mentioned below:

Step 1: Open Your Gmail Account In Any Browser

First thing you need to do is, open your Gmail account in any of your browse as here we are using Google.

Step 2: Go To Gmail Sidebar

Now, go to left sidebar and scroll down you will see an option "More" click on that option.

Step 3: Click On "All Mail" Option

Once you click on the "More" option, another option of "All Mail" becomes visible now just click on that option. Now, you will see all your E-mails including archived mail, inbox, promotion, and updates.

HOW TO UNARCHIVE GMAIL MAILS

Unarchive an Email is as simple as archiving an Email. Here we provide steps to unarchive an Email:

Step 1: Open Gmail Account

Firstly, Go to your Gmail account and do login. Once you successfully log in to your Gmail account then go to the left sidebar and click on the "More" option then click on the "All Mails" option to open each and every mail of your Gmail Account.

Step 2: Select the Archived Email

In all main pages, you need to search for an Email that you archived and select that Email. Now, you can see an option will appear on the top of the inbox icon, click on this icon to locate archive mail back to your inbox. Refer to the below image.

Now, you got a pop-up message "conversation moved to inbox" will appear and this means your Email is moved back to your inbox. Now, you can go to your inbox and see your unarchived mail.
